HBO and Ziggo join forces to launch HBO premium pay-TV and movie channels in the Netherlands 

De Brauw has advised Home Box Office (HBO), the American premium cable television network owned by Time Warner, on creating a Dutch joint venture with Ziggo, one of the leading cable operators in the Netherlands. The joint venture will launch various HBO premium pay-TV and movie channels in the Netherlands, featuring blockbuster movies, TV series and award-winning documentaries. Ziggo will offer the channels to subscribers as of 9 February 2012..
