Kluwer sells community-focused titles HR, Occupational Health & Safety, Works Council, Facilities, and Secretaries to Vakmedianet 

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has advised Kluwer Netherlands, part of global information services provider Wolters Kluwer, on selling the products and activities of the community titles HR, Occupational Health & Safety, Works Council, Facilities and Secretaries to Vakmedianet. The new owner Vakmedianet will take over the Guide for Personnel Management, Occupational Health, Works Council Information, Facto Magazine, Security Management, Service Management and Management Support and its spin-offs, such as conferences and training. The sale is a logical step in the implementation of Kluwer’s strategy, which is focused on serving knowledge workers, such as lawyers, financial specialists and government officials. The transaction is expected to be completed early June.
