PostNL acquires Trans-o-flex from Austrian Post 

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has advised PostNL Parcels on the acquisition of the Dutch and Belgian activities of the trans-o-flex Group, owned by Austrian Post. With this acquisition PostNL Parcels gains a strong position on the Belgian business-to-business market while strengthening its position on the Dutch market for multi-parcel shipments, for example palletised consignments.
