TenneT TSO - acquisitions 

De Brauw advised the Netherlands-based transmission system operator TenneT TSO on:

• the EUR 356 million acquisition of high voltage grids and ancillary assets from Enexis/Essent (April 2009);
• the EUR 362 million acquisition of high voltage grids and ancillary assets from Alliander/Nuon (June 2009);
• the EUR 58 million acquisition of high voltage grids and ancillary assets from Delta (June 2009).
