De Brauw partner Kees Peijster comments  on the influence of the financial crises on the Netherlands' corporate, financial and M&A sectors in TopLegal International magazine.

Peijster: "De Brauw was able to hedge with increased restructuring and insolvency practices, and the increased regulation that the crisis brought to banks helped prop up financial markets practices. So I’m not pessimistic but we must play things by ear – it’s a volatile market for M&A".
