De Brauw appoints partner-professor Reinout Vriesendorp 

De Brauw is enlarging its restructuring practice with the appointment of partner-professor Reinout Vriesendorp. Vriesendorp has been professor of private law at Tilburg University since 1992 and was with De Brauw from 1985 to 1992 in its offices in The Hague and New York.

Vriesendorp is one of the most influential thinkers in the area of insolvency law and security rights. He will primarily focus on the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice, and continue as professor part-time at Tilburg University.
