Jan Biemans obtains doctorate at Radboud University Nijmegen with dissertation 'Legal effects of undisclosed assignment' 

Jan Biemans, senior associate at De Brauw, defended his dissertation 'Legal effects of undisclosed assignment' on 22 September 2011 at Radboud University Nijmegen. His dissertation was supervised by Professors. S.C.J.J. Kortmann and C.H. Sieburgh.
