Legal Alert - Bill on management and supervision 

On 8 December 2009 the Second Chamber has adopted a proposal for a Bill on management and supervision. In this Legal Alert the provisions regarding a limitation in the number of board seats and the provisions regarding the legal relation between a director and the company are discussed. In the future such relation will no longer always qualify as an employment agreement.
