Dutch implementation of the EU Transparency Directive 

On 1 January 2009, the Dutch act implementing the EU Transparency Directive has come into force (the "Act"). The Act will amend the Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, the “FMSA”).
