Investment Management Newsletter - UCITS IV 

The Dutch Finance Minister has submitted to parliament a proposal to amend Dutch tax laws in connection with the implementation of the UCITS IV Directive. Together with the implementation of the UCITS IV Directive, two amendments facilitating UCITS IV from a Dutch tax perspective will come into effect.
