Legal Alert - Dutch Legislation on Partnerships 

A bill on certain statutory regulations, supplemental to proposed new legislation on partnerships, has been approved by the Dutch Parliament in December 2009. The new legislation on partnerships and the bill are expected to come into force in 2010. Although transitional provisions facilitate the enactment of the new legislation, it is advisable to review your current partnership agreement well in advance to determine if preparatory actions are desired or needed.
