Legal Alert - Netherlands Supreme Court Provides Clarity Regarding Apparently Unreasonable Dismissal 

On 27 November 2009, the Netherlands Supreme Court provided clarity regarding two main issues of apparently unreasonable dismissal, namely how should whether or not a dismissal was apparently unreasonable be assessed and which method should be used for estimating compensation in an apparently unreasonable dismissal.
