Legal Alert - Amendment to the Decree on Supervision of Market Conduct FMSA 

The Decree to amend the Decree on the Supervision of Market Conduct FMSA as a result of the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive (2008/48/EC) was published in the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees on 1 June 2011. The Decree entered into force on 2 June 2011. In addition to amendments to the Decree on Supervision of Market Conduct FMSA the Decree contains amendments to the Decree on Administrative Penalties Financial Sector and the Costs of Credits Decree.
