Legal Alert - New Measures on Short Selling 

In view of the current exceptional market circumstances, The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten) has issued new and fully revised measures in respect of short selling of shares of certain Dutch financial institutions of which shares are admitted to trading on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.
