Jeroen Vossenberg is a specialist in financial law, in particular in advising on bilateral and syndicated corporate loans, acquisition financing, debt restructuring, and regulation. Jeroen also has extensive international experience resulting from being seconded to London twice, first to De Brauw London, and later in 2009 to Slaughter and May. Jeroen was also seconded as inhouse counsel to the corporate secretaries department of a major international Dutch listed company where he advised on regulatory and corporate law issues. Jeroen lectures on finance law, and has also studied at the Institut d'Études Sciences Politiques in Paris and at Oxford University, where he gained a postgraduate degree in law.
