Liselotte Kooi specialises in corporate law and investment management. She advises national and international clients in setting up Dutch corporate structures, restructuring corporate structures (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures) and corporate governance. Her clients include listed companies, financial institutions and investment funds. She advises clients on both corporate and regulatory aspects.

Liselotte was seconded in 2009 to Davis Polk LLP, a U.S-law firm in New York, where she worked in the investment management department on setting up and restructuring private equity funds and hedge funds.
