Michiel Mak specialises in banking, asset, structured and project finance. Michiel advises national and international clients on credit facilities, bond issues, (tax) leases, asset financings, securitisations and public private partnership (PPP), aviation and other project financings. In addition, Michiel handles related litigation and contractual matters.

Michiel has also practised law in De Brauw's London office.
