Niels Wolswijk is a candidate civil law notary and specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. His work also included advising Dutch companies on their corporate structure and corporate governance.

Niels has been involved in various acquisitions of Dutch both listed and private companies, the creation of joint venture structures and has assisted in a complex corporate debt and equity restructuring in connection with the first restructuring of an operating Netherlands-based group of companies through US chapter 11 proceedings.
