Jaron specialises in corporate litigation and insolvency law. He is involved in high profile director liability cases and several post M&A disputes. In addition, Jaron handles corporate squeeze out proceedings and advises on general Dutch corporate and contract law. Through his secondment of more than a year in De Brauw's New York office he acquired considerable experience in complex international mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions.

Jaron has published several articles on the Golden Share Cases of the European Court of Justice and other European Law subjects. He is also co-author of a several publications on general Dutch corporate law.
