- Rabobank Nederland on the exchange of its EUR 6.4 billion Membership Certificates for new Membership Certificates, structured to qualify as Common Equity Tier 1 capital under Basel III and CRD IV
- Deutsche Bank, as Principal Financial Adviser for Deutsche Börse on the USD 9.7 billion merger and share exchange between Deutsche Börse and NYSE Euronext
- Royal BAM Group N.V. on its EUR 249 million rights offering and on the refinancing of its EUR 1,1 billion Credit Facilities
- TenneT on its EUR 500 million hybrid notes issuance, the first issuance of rating agency driven hybrid notes by a corporate in the Netherlands
- BCD on the refinancing of its USD 380 million Senior Unsecured Facilities Agreement and simultaneous issuance of preference shares
- Fortress Investment Group on the acquisition of several large portfolios of European residential mortgage assets from GMAC
- Goldman Sachs in respect of several transactions involving the acquisition of (interests in) portfolio companies from ABN AMRO/AAC and NIBC, respectively
