Margriet de Boer specialises in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She has represented national and international companies before arbitral tribunals and the courts of the Netherlands, including the Supreme Court. She represents clients in cases covering a wide range of civil law subjects, including general commercial law, liability matters, both contractual and tortious, and issues of civil procedure. 

Margriet is a member of the Dutch Association of Procedural Law. She has also published and lectured on Dutch procedural law. Since 2006, Margriet has authored the chronicle on arbitration law for the Dutch journal on civil litigation, Tijdschrift voor civiele rechtspleging. She is co-author of A guide to the NAI Arbitration Rules, which was published in 2009.
