Marjolein Bronneman specialises in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark law, food and health related advertising claims, trade name law and unfair competition. Since joining De Brauw in 2004, Marjolein has gained extensive experience in litigating and advising in this area.

Marjolein graduated in both civil and business law from the University of Leiden. Marjolein is a regular speaker at IP conferences and is also a lecturer at several Dutch universities. She is a member of AIPPI, PTMG and BMM and is on the editorial board of the Benelux Trademark Bulletin.
