Julie NieuweWeme specialises in corporate law, particularly merger & acquisitions and related financing at our office in NY. Her practice includes advising US corporates and private equity firms on cross-border financial transactions, including the structuring of investments through the Netherlands. Julie also regularly advises banks and financial institutions arranging or participating in (non-)syndicated loans and refinancings. 

Julie is admitted to the NY Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
