Juliette Citteur specialises in liability law, both contractual and non-contractual. She represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes concerning, amongst others, matters of general liability, professional liability, product liability and post-acquisition issues. Juliette has extensive experience in litigation before both disciplinary and civil courts, including the Supreme Court. She also advises on various non-litigious commercial matters.
Juliette holds a MD and a law degree. She graduated from the postgraduate specialisation course on Enterprise and Liability at the Grotius Academy in 2006. Juliette is a member of the Dutch Association of Procedural Law. She was seconded in 2004 to Unilever where she acted as in-house counsel. Juliette regularly lectures on liability law and on Dutch procedural law to legal professionals.
