Nick van Dijk specialises in notarial corporate law and, in particular, complex cross-border restructurings. Since joining De Brauw’s corporate practice in 2005, Nick has advised on numerous cross-border restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In 2009 and 2010 Nick worked in De Brauw’s New York office, where he advised large international companies and financial institutions on cross-border corporate and finance transactions. Nick has broad experience with cooperatives.

Nick graduated from the University of Groningen with a degree in notarial law in 2004. Nick served as a member of the organising committee of the Peter Stuyvesant Ball in New York, an annual festive event where leaders and friends of the Dutch-American community gather in support of the activities of the Netherlands-America Foundation.
