Rogier Duk specialises in employment law in the broadest sense. He assists not only in individual disputes between employers and employees, in particular between directors and other officers, but also in matters involving co-determination or collective bargaining, including strikes. Rogier has particular expertise in pension law and advises in disputes between government workers and public authorities. Rogier appears before all courts in the Netherlands, including the Supreme Court and frequently acts as an arbitrator.
Rogier Duk regularly authors numerous law review articles, particularly in the field of individual and collective labour law. He is a member of the editorial boards of SMA and SEW, two professional journals, and a substitute judge with the District Court of The Hague. He also lectures at various educational institutions, including the Universities of Nijmegen and Rotterdam.
