Ferdinand Hengst specialises in mergers and acquisitions and also loan financing. Since joining the M&A practice in 2007, Ferdinand has advised on public takeovers, joint ventures, management buy-outs and private equity transactions. Recent finance deals include a number of whole loan sales, structured and syndicated finance transactions and cash management transactions. Substantially all of Ferdinand's practice concerns cross-border transactions and he regularly acts as lead counsel in complex M&A and international finance transactions.

A Netherlands qualified lawyer, Ferdinand is also registered as a European lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.
