Rick van 't Hullenaar specialises in both financial law, including debt capital markets, and financial markets regulation, with an emphasis on regulatory and criminal investigations and enforcement. He is experienced in a variety of international bank financing and debt capital markets transactions. Rick regularly advises corporates as well as banks on a wide range of matters, often in close cooperation with financial advisers and foreign legal counsel. In addition, he also has broad experience in corporate investigations into corporate governance deficiencies and fraud.

Rick is currently seconded with De Brauw's London office. A Netherlands qualified lawyer, Rick is also a registered European lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.
