Loes Meerburg is a member of the Investment Management Group where her practice includes advising on fiduciary management agreements and structuring and listing of investment funds with a focus on real estate funds, both nationally and internationally. She successfully combines her experience in real estate law with general corporate law, advising on restructurings, disposals and acquisitions of real estate portfolios for private and institutional investors. She also advises retail funds, pension funds, asset managers and private investors.
