Stefan Molin specialises in EU and Competition Law. His practice ranges from merger control cases and distribution disputes to antitrust investigations before the European Commission and the Dutch Competition Authority. He also litigates before European and national courts and has been involved in global cartel investigations before the competition authorities of all major jurisdictions. His clients include a number of major Dutch listed companies.

Stefan regularly publishes in the Netherland’s leading competition law journal, Actualiteiten Mededingingsrecht.
