Anja Mutsaers is Counsel in De Brauw’s M&A/Corporate practice. She specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions; her expertise ranges from public bids to private equity and strategic deals.
Anja has extensive experience in national and international acquisitions and divestments in various industry sectors including energy, banking, real estate and electronics. Her work includes drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and providing legal advice on corporate and contract law.
Recent work includes advising:
- TenneT TSO on its EUR 776 million acquisition of high voltage grids from Nuon, Essent and Delta
- NXP on various commercial contracts and its USD 345 million divestment of its Cordless and VoIP terminals business
- Fortis Netherlands on various pending international divestments
- TenneT TSO on the acquisition of 10.700 km high voltage grid from E.ON
