Joost van Ooijen specialises in information technology, data protection and (contractual) intellectual property law. Joost’s practice focuses on outsourcing agreements, (software) licence and distribution agreements, implementation projects, software development agreements, but also encompasses handling ICT disputes. His intellectual property practice includes mainly contractual work, such as complex IP licence and transfer agreements and transaction related IP documentation.

Joost holds a Grotius post graduate degree on information technology law (cum laude).
