Gwénaëlle Pennec specialises in corporate law and, in particular, on the (re)structuring of international corporate structures and on governance issues. Gwénaëlle works regularly with other practice areas in M&A work and finance work. She has also advised several important French clients.

Gwénaëlle has assisted, on the corporate law aspects, with the editing of the book "S'implanter aux Pays-Bas" edited by Ubifrance and by "La Mission Economique de l'Ambassade de France aux Pays-Bas" (2009).
