Martijn Polak is Of Counsel with De Brauw and a litigator, specialised in private international law as well as in Netherlands Supreme Court litigation in civil and commercial matters.

 

Martijn is a professor of private international and comparative law at the University of Leiden and a member of the Dutch Government Committee on Private International Law.
