Rogier Schellaars specialises in international commercial litigation and, in particular, in acting as counsel in arbitral proceedings. Since joining De Brauw's L&A practice in 2005, Rogier has advised and litigated on a broad range of commercial disputes and investment claims. Rogier’s experience includes M&A and Finance work.

Rogier has lectured on English contract and tort law at Leiden University for five years and also currently lectures on arbitration and procedural law, in which fields he also publishes on a regular basis. Rogier is a member of the editorial board of Tijdschrift voor Arbitrage and of the NAI under 40 committee.
