Rob van den Sigtenhorst specialises in commercial and corporate litigation and insolvency, corporate recovery and restructuring. He also has experience in banking and finance. Rob is a member of the Restructuring practice group and has been involved in several major cases, including the restructuring through US Chapter 11 proceedings of the Almatis group and the bankruptcy of a Dutch bank.

Rob is an author for a Dutch periodical on insolvency case law. In 2011, he completed Grotius INSOLAD, a post academic specialisation course in insolvency law.
