Anne-Marie Struycken-van Daelen is counsel in the investment management practice at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.

Anne-Marie specialises in investment management, including providing regulatory advice to domestic and foreign investment funds and asset managers, and advising on the structuring and restructuring of investment funds, including retail and private equity funds. She advises asset managers and pension funds on asset management agreements and asset pooling.

As corporate civil law notary Anne-Marie also advises (listed) companies and pension funds on their structure, restructurings and governance.
