Bart Veldkamp specialises in corporate law and property law (security rights). He has expertise in corporate restructurings and the implementation of acquisitions, including joint ventures and mergers/demergers in various industries, and all types of share transactions, in particular the pledging of shares for loans and credit arrangements. As a candidate civil law notary, Bart advises a large number of listed and private companies on their corporate structure. He is regularly involved in clients’ preparations for their annual or extraordinary shareholders meetings.

Bart is the author or co-author of some legal publications on corporate law and notarial law, and regularly teaches at internal and external on-going legal education.
