More and more often clients are confronted with questions regarding database right. Although it seemed a very strong right initially, the European Court of Justice has firmly restricted the database right in 2004. Presently the Court will give a new verdict. Database right is also a hot topic In Dutch case law. Our speakers were involved in practically all cases.
