Nathalie is a member of De Brauw's Corporate Advisory department. She advises on a variety of complex cross-border transactions, including private and public M&A, IPOs, corporate governance of listed companies, domestic and cross-border (re)structurings and joint ventures. Nathalie has extensive experience working with both Dutch and international clients.

Nathalie frequently educates general counsels and company secretaries about corporate law developments and trends for Dutch listed companies.
