Summary

Tes specialises in international commercial arbitration and litigation. She has worked on a wide range of complex, high-stakes cases across various sectors and industries. Tes has advised and acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, NAI, LCIA, UNCITRAL and UNUM rules and in numerous disputes before national courts.

During a secondment to the global litigation department of Shell in The Hague, Tes spent a year working on the management of Shell's litigation portfolio and gaining in-house experience.

Before joining the litigation and arbitration practice, Tes was a member of De Brauw's corporate tax team.
