De Brauw publications on Act on Court Confirmation of Extrajudicial Restructuring Plans

Our partners Ruud Hermans and Reinout Vriesendorp published a proposal that heavily influenced the draft bill of 2014. On this page, you will find De Brauw’s coverage of all drafts of CERP, including De Brauw’s response to the consultations and our legal alerts.
