Every child is talented, also the 600,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with few examples or role models to identify with. JINC strives for a society in which these children too get a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, JINC helps young people between 8 and 16 years to a good start in the labour market. Through the JINC programme they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job.

JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners, of which De Brauw is one. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience. One of the appealing projects is Baas van Morgen (Boss of Tomorrow), where a student will pull the strings in a large company for one day. De Brauw was proud to welcome a Baas van Morgen in January 2018. We look forward to welcoming a Baas van Morgen in 2019 again.
