Master Class – Managing bribery and corruption risks

Bribery and corruption present a growing risk for companies operating in the global market. We expect various developments in key jurisdictions – such as the US, the UK, France, China and Brazil – to lead to greater enforcement risk in the foreseeable future. Multi-jurisdictional enforcement, combined with increasing individual liability exposure, will make 2019 an interesting year. In this Master Class, we will outline some important developments in anti-bribery and anti-corruption enforcement in key jurisdictions. We will discuss some practical factors to take into account when managing your company’s bribery and corruption risks.

Patrick Ploeger and Sharon Oded will be speaking at this Master Class.

Date, time and location
