Master Class – Cooperation: threat or need?

Collaborations can take multiple forms, including licensing and cross-licensing, cooperating in R&D and exploitating R&D results. Collaborating companies and their legal counsel face the difficult challenge of preserving the value of the company’s IP rights and innovation power as much as possible, contractually securing the company’s commercial interests, and acting within the legal boundaries from an IP and competition law perspective. In this Master Class, Gertjan Kuipers and Bart de Rijke will deal with a number of these topics and share their experience.

Date, time and location
This Master Class will be held at our offices in Amsterdam on Thursday, 12 and Friday, 13 September from 08:00 to 10:00. Of course a delicious breakfast will be awaiting you when you arrive. Please note that our Masterclasses are based on invitation only.
