Master Class – Hot topics in competition law

The past 12 months have been tumultuous on the competition law front with antitrust cases relating to privacy violations, advertising, geo-blocking and other online restrictions. Big tech firms remain central to debates around market power and access to data. Bart de Rijke & Helen Gornall  see convergence of consumer and competition law, plus novel areas of enforcement, such as purchasing and HR cartels. In addition, the Dutch Competition Authority has indicated a clear shift in its enforcement agenda.

This Master Class will allow you to better understand the key developments, and how to apply lessons learnt in your day-to-day business environment.

Date, time and location
