This comprehensive, “all you need to know” update includes the introduction of Belt and Road Initiative dispute courts in China, amendments to India’s arbitration law, and our views on Hong Kong’s status as a seat for arbitrations in the region. Importantly, this Master Class includes practical recommendations for in-house counsel overseeing the region.
