The Rock banner 02

What are today’s trends in competition law? While the digital economy garners most of the attention, there are also several other noteworthy developments in the sector. This Master Class Bart de Rijke & Stephanie will deal with the European Commission’s renewed approach towards vertical agreements between suppliers and customers, and horizontal agreements between competitors, including sustainability initiatives. Bart and Stephanie will also look at the latest developments in merger control, and the rise of foreign direct investment screening - including Dutch legislation set to enter into force later this year.
