The Dutch Corporate Governance Code Monitoring Committee invited stakeholders and other interested parties in early 2016 to give feedback on proposed revisions to the code. De Brauw recently submitted its feedback by highlighting a few specific points, including long term value creation, managing and supervisory directors, the audit and in-control statement, and strategy and anti-takeover measures. The full text of our feedback can be found here. In February we highlighted the key proposals for revision of the Corporate Governance Code in a Legal alert, which can be found here.
