De Brauw advises Fiat Chrysler Automobiles

De Brauw is pleased to advise FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. alongside Sullivan & Cromwell LLP on its USD 50 billion 50/50 cross-border merger with Peugeot S.A., creating the world’s fourth largest automotive OEM with 8.7 million annual vehicle sales, and revenues of nearly 170 billion Euro.


The new group’s parent company will be a Dutch company to be listed in New York, Paris and Milan.
